Who Should Apply?

REALTOR® members who are interested in becoming more active and involved in leadership positions within their brokerages, communities, local associations, state association and national association should apply. Potential applicants should have demonstrated an energetic commitment to expand their knowledge and involvement in the real estate industry. Willingness to learn, be critiqued and participate in class discussions is a must.

What is the Commitment?

Attendance at all 10 sessions and the graduation is expected.
Members of the class are expected to be punctual as well as be active in the program.
Instructors will assign homework, group projects and outside class activities.
Full tuition for RAFV members is $500. ($700 for Non-RAFV Members)

The registration fee is $100
Your registration fee will be applied to your full tuition amount.
Refunds will not be given for withdrawal from the program.

Applications due by Midnight on October 20, 2023

Application Requirements

Applicant must be a REALTOR® member of a participating association for at least 1 year from the submission date of the application.
All REALTOR® members in good standing are eligible to apply to the Foundations in Leadership ™ Program.
Applicant is to have no pending litigation or outstanding disciplinary issues currently or from the past three years from the date of the application.
Full tuition for RAFV members is $500. ($700 for Non-RAFV Members)

A $100 application fee must accompany this application. Your application fee will be applied towards tuition if you are accepted as a candidate and returned if you are not selected.
A completed application which includes commitment to attend ALL Leadership Academy program classes and events.
A recent photograph with your application for use in publications and publicity.
Two letters of reference with your application (specific criteria contained in application).
