COURSE SCHEDULE

All brokers need to renew their license by April 30, 2020

Brokers licensed prior to February 2018 need:
4 hours of Core CE*
8 hours of Elective CE**

*The Core CE can include the old Core A and Core B if both were taken prior to June 30, 2019.

**IDFPR requires all members to complete at least 1 hour of sexual harassment prevention training. This can be completed by taking the 2-hr elective RD 982 online HERE.

**The National Association of REALTORS® requires all membersto complete a code of ethics course by December 31, 2021.
Some of the electives also count for the code of ethics.

Brokers licensed between
Feb. 1, 2018 – August 9, 2019 need:

15 hours of Broker Post-license Topics
15 hours of Broker Post-license Applied Real Estate
Practices-Interactive

Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (can be completed HERE if not already included in your post-license class, please check with your course provider)  

Brokers licensed between
August 9, 2019 - November 1, 2019 need:

45 hours of Broker Post-License CE

Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (can be completed HERE if not already included in your post-license class, please check with your course provider)

Brokers licensed after November 2, 2019 need:

You DO NOT need to renew in 2020.  You will need to take the 45 hours of Broker Post-License CE by April 30, 2022.

 

Education FAQ's

 

All course materials will be distributed electronically to your email at least 2 days prior to class. You may then print them at home or view them on a tablet/computer. We will offer a limited amount of printed copies on the day of the class for $10. You must have course materials to participate in the class. If you would like to reserve a printed copy prior to class, please reach out to Missy at missy@rafv.realtor
