Roger A. Jenisch is the Owner and Designated Managing Broker of EXIT Realty Redefined, leading a multi-office brokerage serving Northern Illinois. A second-generation real estate professional, Roger grew up in his family's brokerage founded by his father in 1970 and has spent more than 40 years in the real estate industry.

In addition to brokerage leadership, Roger is the Owner/Managing Partner of Redefined Title LLC / Perryville Title and Managing Principal of SRA Capital Group. He is a former Illinois State Representative, former DuPage County Board Member, former Commissioner of the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County, and former Chairman of the Village of Bloomingdale Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.

Roger has served on numerous REALTOR® association committees, including Government Affairs, Good Neighbor, and the Designated Managing Broker's Advisory Council. He is a Sterling Level RPAC Investor and recipient of the EXIT Realty International Managing Broker of the Year – Central U.S. award. Roger is passionate about mentoring REALTORS®, advocating for private property rights, and helping strengthen the real estate profession through collaboration, leadership, and service.

Jenny Jones has been a lifelong resident of Dundee Township and has been in the real estate industry for 20 years. She is the co-owner and Operations Manager of The Jones Team Realtors - the Baird & Warner Algonquin’s top producing team and top 1% in the company. As a local graduate of H.D. Jacobs High School, she earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business from Bradley University. Even before graduating college, she attained her REALTOR® license. After graduation, she immediately dove into her career. Additional professional studies include a Managing Broker's license, CREN (Certified Real Estate Negotiator), and SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource).

Jenny is highly technologically competent and able to take on new technologies by leveraging them quickly and efficiently. Growing up in a home of two professional REALTORS®, real estate has always surrounded her. Her father, Dave Jones, was a former Broker-Owner & President of the Elgin-area Association of Realtors before merging with RAFV. He passed unexpectedly in 2006 and Jenny has since continued her career alongside her mother, Hilda Jones. They continue to work together and manage five agents as a cohesive team to this day. Her hobbies include golfing, traveling and spending time with her two sons, Travis and David.

Rick Williams is the Designated Managing Broker of Kale Realty Chicago, with over 40 years of experience in the real estate and appraisal business. He began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser and is a designated SRA appraiser. Rick has been a managing broker for 24 years in Illinois and is also a designated managing broker in Indiana. He has significant commercial sale experience, with more than six years specializing in large retail spaces and apartment complexes nationwide. Rick previously served as the managing broker for United Real Estate Chicago, American Invsco and eXp Realty.

He is the current chair of the Contracts & Forms Task Force at RAFV, the co-chair for the Grievance Committee at CAR and Mainstreet REALTORS® and a committee member of Contracts & Forms at CAR. Additionally, he is a mediator for Mainstreet.

Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, exploring new food venues in the Chicago area, and traveling the world. He is actively involved in charitable work, including organizing a 3-on-3 basketball tournament for cancer research and volunteering with KIDZ Express for underprivileged children in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago. Rick is an avid basketball player, playing 3-4 times per week and also enjoys playing tennis with friends.
